A slow-paced and gentle style of yoga, promotes relaxation and mindfulness.

Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & Meditation

Breathwork is a breathing exercise thats helps to improve our mental, physical well being and promotes deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation.

Slow Flow Yoga

A type of yoga practice that emphasizes slow an deliberate movements coordinated with deep breathing. In slow-flow yoga, the focus is on connecting the breath with the movement of the body.

Acupressure Workshop, TCM and Acupuncture

You will learn the basics of acupressure, which is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to promote overall health and well-being.

Learn about the basic about Chinese Medicine and harmonize and balance your body and mind through acupuncture treatment.

Your Retreat Venue

Pondok Pitaya is located in Bali, Indonesia. A hotel with lush scenery, located on the edge of a natural volcanic black sand beach and a beautiful cliff crafted by nature itself. The beach is perfect for long walks and perfect for watching Bali sunsets. Outdoor swimming pool. Cafe and restaurants to enjoy their wide variety of Authentic Indonesian, western and Asian cuisines. Outside the hotel are cafes and restaurants, and spas to relax and unwind.

    200 Hours Certified in Yin Yoga Teacher and Trauma Informed Certified

    Rinah has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has worked in various healthcare roles, Massage Therapist , Occupational Health Nurse, and currently as a Healthcare Assistant for 12 years in Oncology Unit and End of Life Care Unit, and a Yin Yoga facilitator ,volunteer for healthcare worker.

    Rinah’s holistic approach to healthcare and wellness is reflected in her teaching style,which prioritizes listening to the body,honoring individual needs.Weather in a yoga class or healthcare setting,Rinah’s dedication to helping others shines through in all that she does.

    HEALTH SPECIALIST - 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE

    Iancy has extensive study and international professional experience in traditional and modern medicine. Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jin Shin Do, Acupressure, Nutrition, Medical Massage, Buddhist medicine, Crossfit health. 7000 hrs formal education, 21 years study with Senior Shaolin Buddhist monk, Certified Dolce Diet nutrition coach under 4x UFC coach of the year. Crossfit CF-L1 coach. Master teacher of acupressure. NADA addictions specialist. First Nations Culturally/Trauma adapted medicine expert.
